Hosted buyer criteria

Suppliers will meet an elite group of 30+ MICE buyers from USA and Canada in an exclusive and intimate environment. Their portfolios include high-end incentives, VIP groups and luxury events. All have proven decision-making authority or major influence. Qualification is based on the annual MICE business placed outbound from the Americas and is by personal invitation only. The four stage qualification process is in partnership with our highly acclaimed North American buyer consultant.

The Hosted Buyer invitation process includes:

  • • Pre-selection by MICE experts in North America
  • • Detailed application process
  • • Personal telephone interview
  • • Reference verification

Supplier criteria

Suppliers will join the buyers for a 2.5 day programme of pre-selected meetings and exceptional experiences. Suppliers will be selected from approximately 16 destinations on the wish list of the curated buyers, across Europe and internationally. They and will represent the luxury and incentive end of the MICE industry. Approved supplier categories will include:
